Abstracts
If you would like to present a talk and/or poster, please submit your abstract(s) for consideration by Monday, March 16 at 11:59 p.m. Abstracts must be 200 words or fewer. If necessary, the program chairperson and the editors may edit abstracts for clarity, grammar, style, and length. You will be notified of your acceptance into the program via email.
Contributed Talks
- All contributed talks will be presented in person.
- All contributed talks are given 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for discussion.
- There will be a projector and a laptop for the talk, as well as a microphone.
Poster Presentations
- All posters will be presented in person.
- Please bring your poster to the meeting printed and ready to put up. Portable poster boards (36″x48″ or 48″x36″) and pushpins or similar mounting hardware will be provided.
- Be sure to include the names of all contributors/co-authors and highlight the presenting author’s name.
Registration
All participants must register for the conference. Whether you are submitting an abstract or not, you still need to register.
Registration Fees
- University Faculty or Staff, $40
- High School Teacher, $30
- Student, $0
- Guest Registration, Friday 3/27 Only, $30
- Guest Registration, Saturday 3/28 Only, $30
Registration fees include all the conference activities, conference meals (dinner,
breakfast, lunch), shuttles to the tours, and parking at UTC.
Registration deadline is March 16, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

Outstanding High School Physics Teacher
Nominate a teacher for TAAPT’s Outstanding High School Physics Teacher Award.
