Abstracts
If you would like to present a talk and/or poster, please submit your abstract(s) for consideration by Friday, March 10. Abstracts must be 200 words or fewer. If necessary, the program chairperson and the editors may edit abstracts for clarity, grammar, style, and length. You will be notified of your acceptance into the program via email.
Contributed Talks
- All contributed talks will be presented in person.
- All contributed talks are given 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for discussion.
- There will be a projector and a laptop for the talk, as well as a microphone.
Poster Presentations
- All posters will be presented in person.
- Please bring your poster to the meeting printed and ready to put up. Portable poster boards (48″ tall by 72″ wide) and pushpins or similar mounting hardware will be provided.
- Be sure to include the names of all contributors/co-authors and highlight the presenting author’s name.

The Friday reception dinner was held in the Ken and Blaire Mossman Building Atrium.
The keynote talk was given in Lecture Hall 212 of the Mossman building. The complex is at the corner of Cumberland Ave and 13th Street. Street parking is available close to the building or parking is available at the 11th street garage located at the corner of 11th St and White Ave.
